The customer has the right to return any item without specification of a reason within two weeks of receipt of the order. This two-week period begins upon receipt of this notification, however not before the goods have been received by the customer (in the case of repeat deliveries of the same good this period begins upon receipt of the first item). The date stamp will be considered the valid date of return.

Cancellation of Contract
In the case of an effective cancellation of the contract both parties must refund payments received and uses made thereof (e.g. interest. Should the customer be unable to return the item(s), in full, in part or in a poor condition, he is obliged to compensate TISKET Mode & Grafik. In the case of deterioration and wear the customer is only liable to pay compensation if the merchandise has not been damaged through conventional usage. The customer should examine the characteristics and functionality of the goods as one would do in a shop.
In general the customer can avoid any situation where he is required to pay compensation for loss in value by taking proper care of the item and by not treating the item as his own property.
Any merchandise suitable for shipping will be returned at the expense and risk of TISKET. The customer shall bear the normal cost of returning goods if the goods delivered correspond to the order and the price of the item to be returned does not exceed an amount of 40 euros or, if in the case of a higher price, the customer has not yet provided the consideration or a contractually agreed part payment at the time of cancellation.
In all other cases the customer does not have to bear the costs of returning goods.
Items which are not suitable for shipping will be collected by TISKET.
You are obliged to refund any open payments within 30 days. This period begins for the customer on the day the declaration of cancellation or the goods are sent, for TISKET on the day of their receipt.
